What I handle

Four things, handled. One person to call.

Homeowners look you up before they call, even when a friend referred them. I shoot your job sites, then keep the three places they look current with those photos. You approve posts with one text.

01 · Content shooting

Real photos of your work, every month.

Your work is the best marketing you have. I come to your active job sites and shoot it properly, and those photos feed everything else: your website, Google profile, and social pages.

  • Progress shots from every active job
  • Finished-work photos, edited and ready to post
  • The details that show your craftsmanship
  • Homeowner permission first, with house numbers, plates and faces kept out
  • Short video, reels and drone shots on Premium

Essentials: a shoot every quarter. Pro: every month. Premium: twice a month.

03 · Website

What a homeowner sees when they look you up

A real redesign of mine for a Utah architecture firm. Scroll the page, then drag the line to compare.

The same architecture firm's whole homepage before and after a redesign. Before: a blurry stock-style photo behind a generic welcome line, then a long plain list of projects on white. After: a dark, photo-led page with one of the firm's own homes at dusk, a clear headline, featured projects with short stories, the design process, a client quote, and contact details.

Same firm. Same work. One finally looks like it.

  • Hosting, updates and small edits
  • New projects added to your gallery every month
  • Built for phones first, with a clear call and text button
  • Your domain always stays in your name
Cost

Four vendors, or one guy who knows construction

The same monthly work, priced three ways. One of them also comes with someone who has spent nine years drafting the homes you build.

How it works

Three steps. Only one of them is yours.

No logins. No apps. Each post shows exactly how it will look on Facebook, Instagram, and Google, and you approve it from your phone.

  1. 01

    I shoot your job sites.

Once a month I visit your active projects and capture progress, details, and finished work.

  2. 02

    You approve by text.

You get a link showing each post exactly as it will look on Facebook, Instagram, and Google. Tap approve, or it posts automatically after 3 days.

  3. 03

    Everything stays current.

Website, Google, Facebook, and Instagram updated on schedule, plus a simple monthly report.

Preview only. Try the tabs to see each platform's crop.

FAQ

Questions contractors ask

Will this get me more leads?

My job is making sure that when someone looks you up, you look like the best option. Most of your work comes from referrals, and every referral checks you out online first. I don't run paid ads or promise lead numbers.

How much of my time does it take?

A few taps a month to approve posts. I handle the rest.

What about homeowner privacy?

I get homeowner permission before posting their project, and I avoid house numbers, plates, and faces unless approved.

Do I own my website and domain?

Your domain is always in your name. Once the website setup is paid off, the site is yours.

What if I already have a good website?

Great. I can keep it updated as is, or just handle your photos, Google, and social.

Can I cancel?

After the first 3 months, it's month to month.

Do you do paid ads?

Not right now. This is about keeping your online presence sharp and current.

Want to see what your site could look like?

I'll mock up a refreshed version of your website and a few sample posts from your own job photos. Free, no strings.
